Every one with basic correction between -4.00 and +4.00 values short- and long-sightedness can simply order glasses that will be send in 2 to 3 days.

If you need values outside this range or correction for astigmatism please upload your prescription while ordering. The delivery will take approx.10 days.

Yes but only the lenses from the City collection (round shape) thanks to the SymLens concept the lenses are designed for both the left and right eye.

The Square and Pilot collection are not symmetrical.

Of course you can order additional lenses in different colours to your Sym frame you bought in advance, just as you can order single frames.

The lenses are available in our lens collections. (City, Square and Pilot to match the frames shapes)

You can choose to only buy frames as an option in the frame collections.

Every Sym lens can be combined with every Sym frame! 

Yes if you wish to wear glasses only as a fashion statement, you can select the option "no correction". 

If an error occured in your order, simply contact our customer service. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes are usually possible without any problems.

Three simple steps:

1. Place an order by selecting the correction you need in the product configurator. 

2. In the confirmation e-mail you will find the link to download your care sheet.

3. You will receive your order containing your glasses and your care sheet, send it to your insurance company.

The delivery usually takes around 10 to 15 days.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number together with your shipping confirmation, with which you can track the shipping of your order on www.DHL.de.

The shipping is free.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel individual items or an entire order. Please contact our customer service and we will gladly take care of your request and refund any money you may have already paid. The refund will always be done in the same way as the payment.

You don't like your glasses? No problem. 

You can return any item to us within 30 days.
